Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actress. He began his acting career acting in TV shows, like Opposite Sexual Sex in the year 2000. His fame was boosted by his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans appeared in further film adaptations of comic books as well as graphic novels, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and Snowpiercer (2013). As well as his part in the role of Captain America and Steve Rogers Evans was recognized for his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) and Captain America: Civil War. The Marvel films made him one of the most highly paid Hollywood actors.
